  • Ilkhchooyi v. Best (1995) 37 Cal. App. 4th 395 (unconscionability in a commercial leasing transaction)
  • Cinnamon Square Shopping Center v. Meadowlark Enterprises (1994) 24 Cal. App. 4th 1837 (misrepresentation constituted breach of commercial lease)
  • 1999 -2001 successful appellants in three unpublished Opinions two reversing the trial court and one (2005) affirming the court’s order in our favor, Abers v. Rounsavell G040486 October 18, 2010 (interpretation of terms of ground lease in a residential condominium setting).
